These Terms and Conditions govern your use of [jerseyrippers.com.au] and any purchase you make from [Jersey Rippers Pty Ltd] (ABN [XX XXX XXX XXX]) ("Jersey Rippers", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
We sell football fan and replica kits for national teams and clubs, in sizes S to XL. Product photos are of our actual stock wherever possible. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and small variations between batches can occur.
Prices are shown in [Australian Dollars (AUD)] and [include / exclude] GST where applicable. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if an error occurs we may cancel the order and refund you in full. International orders may attract local duties or taxes, which are your responsibility.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Orders are not dispatched until payment clears.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin from dispatch. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Custom printed kits and sale items are not returnable unless faulty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not major. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
The Jersey Rippers name, our logo, website design, text and original images are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. This does not apply to third-party trademarks referenced in section 1, which remain the property of their owners.
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your consumer rights in section 7, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Victoria, Australia], and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
